Thank you for your telephone call today requesting a swimming pool safety inspection to be conducted at your property.

To assist us in providing you with a thorough service, please complete and return the below booking sheet.

Upon receipt of the booking sheet, we will contact you to confirm your appointment time and provide you with a Contract for Service Agreement. The SwimmingPools Act 1992 requires us to provide you with a Contract for Service Agreement prior to any inspection being conducted. This document must be signed by the Swimming Pool Certifier and the pool owner. A Real Estate Agent acting on behalf of the pool owner is not permitted to sign the Contract on behalf of the pool owner.

The questions you answer below will be relevant to the type of swimming pool safety inspection we will conduct on your swimming pool and pool barrier. If you are not able to answer some of the questions below, you may need to consult with your local council. eg. when your swimming pool was built.
