Our government accredited E1 Certifiers at Statewide Pool Certifiers are waiting for your call – we will inspect your pool surroundings including gates, latches, doors, windows, boundary fencing, landscaping, structures and furniture to make sure that none of these conflict with Australian Standards or with the NSW Swimming Pools Act 1992, as amended. And for your added peace of mind, we are fully insured and government accredited.
Our services include:
Pool safety inspection and report for pool, spa or shared pools eg. Apartment block
Issue of compliance certificates
Statewide Pool Inspections will record your pools details and provide you with a detailed Pool safety inspection report outlining the areas of non-compliance (if any). If your pool doesn’t meet the safety requirements and you require another inspection, we can help you through the process. We will re-inspect once the non – compliance is rectified.
If your pool passes the inspection, we’ll give you a report and certificate of compliance to state that your pool has passed.
If you are leasing or selling your property after April 29th 2016 you will need a pool compliance certificate which is valid for 3 years, after which time your pool will need to be re – certified.
